Sterilization Procedure

At Excentrik we take every precaution to ensure that our clients will have their body modification performed under the most strict hygienic standards for minor medical procedures.

All tattoo needles, piercing needles, biopsy punches for microdermals, and scalpel blades for scarification are used only once and then disposed of in biohazard containers which are then taken to a certified handler for destruction.

All other tools are pre-soaked in an antibacterial/fungicidal solution, cleaned by hand, cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner, rinsed and packaged, then sterilized in an autoclave sterilizer.

Below is the result of our most recent monthly spore test that is run in our autoclave and sent to an independent laboratory for testing:
